Delivery Policy for www.zappie.com

Zappie delivers products from this website to addresses across the UK, Europe and Internationally.

Ordering & Delivery

Within the UK, we use Royal Mail whereby three delivery options exist; these are ‘Standard’ First Class, ‘Signed For’ First Class and ‘Guaranteed next day’ delivery.

The ‘Standard’ and ‘Signed For’ delivery option take between 1 to 3 working days for you to receive your order, but this is not guaranteed. For guaranteed next day delivery, Zappie recommends ‘Guaranteed next day’ delivery, providing orders are made before 4pm. (Please note Guaranteed next day delivery operates Monday to Friday only & for larger wall stickers delivery will be provided through the Parcelforce network).

For European and International customers, our shipping partner is Royal Mail/Parcel Force and we would advise that delivery will take in the region of 4-10 days respectively (on average), depending upon locations being delivered to. Two options exist for delivery, these are ‘Airmail’ which is a standard service and is only available for lower value items and ‘Airsure’ which is a quicker, trackable service available for all items with the exception of the larger wall stickers, which are delivered using a different service.

Returns

If you are not happy with your Zappie purchase online you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 28 days of the date of receipt.

No refunds or exchanges will be given if products have been opened and/or used and are not returned complete with all original packaging and receipts, etc.

You must inform us here at support@zappie.com of your return order and order number before sending any products back to us, else this process can be delayed and/or we may not be able to take responsibility for your return.

Providing all items are returned unopened, complete with all original packaging and receipts, etc. we will be able to process a refund excluding delivery charges, and a 15% restocking fee which will be credited to your account as soon as we have received and checked the returned product. This process will take approximately 5-10 working days to complete we have received all goods.

We strongly recommend you acquire proof of postage for any returned goods as Zappie Kids Limited cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
